Refund Policy
If your plans change, you know in advance exactly how much is refunded. This policy covers the amount you pay to MBBSDirect Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. University fees follow each university’s own refund rules. Effective from 17 October 2026.
How much is deducted, and when
Counted from the date you apply with MBBSDirect.

“NEET result” means the official NEET-UG result of your admission year, for example NEET 2027 for the 2027 intake.
Example 1
You apply in November 2026 for the 2027 intake. Your NEET 2027 result is not what you hoped, and you cancel within 7 days of the result. ₹15,000 is deducted; the rest of the amount you paid to MBBSDirect is refunded.
Example 2
You decide to study in India after receiving your admission letter, 2 months after the NEET result, before your visa. ₹30,000 is deducted; the rest is refunded.
University fees are separate
Before you pay a university, ask us for that university’s refund terms in writing.
How to cancel and get your refund
- Send a written requestOn WhatsApp to +91-9717172071 or by email to info@mbbsdirect.com, from the number or email you registered with.
- We confirm the stageThe date we receive your written request decides the deduction. We confirm it to you in writing.
- Refund to your accountThe refund is paid to the bank account the payment came from, within 25 days after we confirm the cancellation.
This policy is part of the written service agreement you sign with MBBSDirect Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. If there is any difference, the signed agreement applies.
Frequently asked questions
Can I get a full refund from MBBSDirect?
Yes, if you cancel within 48 hours of applying. There is no deduction in that period.
How much is deducted if I cancel after 48 hours?
₹15,000, because your documentation has already been done. This applies from 48 hours after applying until 7 days after the NEET result of your admission year (NEET 2027 for the 2027 intake).
What if my NEET result is not good and I want to cancel?
If you cancel within 7 days of the NEET result, only ₹15,000 is deducted. After that, ₹30,000 is deducted.
Is the service charge refundable after the visa is issued?
No. Once your student visa has been issued, the amount paid to MBBSDirect is non-refundable.
Will the university refund its fee if I cancel?
University fees are paid directly to the university, and each university decides its own refund rules. University fees may be non-refundable. MBBSDirect’s refund policy covers only the amount paid to MBBSDirect.
How do I cancel?
Send a written cancellation request on WhatsApp to +91-9717172071 or by email to info@mbbsdirect.com, from the number or email you registered with. The date we receive your written request is the date used to decide the deduction.
