Queen Mary University is a constituent college of Federal university of London. The public research university is located in London, England. It was established in 1785 dating back to the foundation of London Hospital Medical College. In 1887, Queen Mary Medical College, named after Mary of Teck, was formed. Westfield College and Queen Mary College merged in 1989 to form Queen Mary and Westfield College.
The College merged with London Hospital Medical College and St Bartholomew’s Hospital Medical College to form the School of Medicine and Dentistry. Queen Mary University constitutes of five campuses across East and Central London. They are located in Mie End, Whitechapel, Charterhouse Square, West Smithfield and Lincoln Inns Fields. The university also has an international presence in Greece, France, China and Malta.
