Since 2017, the process of medical admission has become smoother in the government and private medical colleges as it is done strictly through the entrance test – NEET, which is mandatory for medical aspirants whether to study MBBS in India or in abroad. Once the results are announced for 12th standard board exams and after the AIPMT in May, the students usually know their stands in the competition. Therefore, this is a good time for the students to look for an opportunity to pursue MBBS in abroad without any additional entrance exams and within the limited budget of the student. The process for admission in MBBS abroad can be simple through reliable overseas education consultants. The student just has to submit the required documents and the process for admission would be initiated immediately. Our terms and conditions for admission in MBBS abroad include:

Payment Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

1.1 Cancellation by Consultancy:

  • In the event the consultancy cancels a program or service, students will be entitled to a full refund of the fees paid for that particular program.
  • In the event of a student receiving a failed result in the NEET exam, they will be eligible for a deduction of Rs. 10,000 and the rest will be credited back to the students only if they communicate this outcome in writing to the consultancy within a period of 3 days. Failure to
    notify the consultancy within this specified timeframe will absolve the consultancy from any liability to provide a refund to the student.

1.2 Student-initiated Withdrawal:

  • No refund will be provided for withdrawals made after the specified deadline i.e., 3 days after the declaration of NEET 2024 Result.

1.3 Withdrawal because of University Fee Update.

  • In case of the university fee structure update, the consultancy will inform students in writing about the new fee structure, if student is not comfortable with the updated fee structure, he/she may withdraw their application via informing the consultancy in writing. In that case, he/she will be eligible to get a refund of 100% of the paid amount.

2. Refund Procedure

2.1 Request Submission:

  • Students must submit a written/email refund request to the consultancy’s administrative office.
  • The request should include the student’s full name, program enrolled, reason for the refund, and any supporting documents.

2.2 Review Process:

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 15 business days upon receipt.
  • The consultancy reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to process the refund.

3. Refund Disbursement

3.1 Approved Refunds:

  • Once a refund request is approved, the consultancy will process the refund within 25 business days.

3.2 Method of Refund:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment used during enrollment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Refunds for payments made by credit card will be credited back to the same credit card.

During the admission process the student must submit:

Copies of all the required educational documents.

Copy of the AADHAAR CARD of the student and his/her parents.

A consent letter from the parents of the student on Rs. 100 stamp paper.

A two minutes video of the student introducing themselves with consent.

The processing fee within the time period mentioned.
